Our Story

After many years of working in technology in the San Francisco Bay Area, we have decided to expand our real estate portfolio and partner with Residential and Commercial owners and property managers through a Master Lease Partnership Agreement. The Agreement guarantees income for the owner of the property with no eviction challenges or concerns about tenants defaulting on rent.

When You Sell The Property

Whenever you sell your investment property for a profit, there is no eviction moratorium and no scheduling around tenants. Also, the units are always in excellent condition to be shown to potential buyers.

Mulitiple Units

We sign multi year leases for 3-10 units at once, saving owners/property managers the time and cost of finding tenants and collecting payments for each unit. In addition our model increases the property Cap Rate by filling vacant units.

Ring Video cameras are installed at the entrance of each unit monitoring 24/7.

Noise Detector devices installed inside each unit which sends an alert to our local on-site support staff if the noise exceeds a certain dB level.

Smart Locks installed on each door with a new code generated for each guest. Lock codes are deleted upon checkout.

In-House Cleaning Staff

For the highest possible quality control, the entire cleaning staff is hired directly with no outsourcing. This enables us to have the most quality control over our cleaning standards and maintain professional level cleanliness after each stay. Our staff is trained to focus on every detail because we know how important cleanliness is for 5 Star Reviews.
